You agree that, if you are a residential subscriber, you are only subscribing to cable television service for individual, private, non-commercial household use and enjoyment and that the service will not be viewed in areas open to the public or received by any commercial establishment. All customers agree that no trademarks of any program provider will be used and no programming will be retransmitted, running accounts of sporting games in progress will not be transmitted or distributed, and no admission will be charged for viewing any programming. BELD Broadband and/or its program providers
may enforce violations of these clauses, which may be prosecuted in any court of competent jurisdiction and governed by, along other things, applicable federal law and the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
