You may cancel your service at any time by calling or writing to us.
Please do not write disconnect requests directly on your bill. Accounts are delinquent for all
unpaid charges 30 days following the due date. We reserve the right to terminate your service if
you become delinquent. At that time, a termination notice will be sent and payment of the total balance
due is required within 10 business days from the mailing date of said notice. A reconnect fee will apply
to restore disconnected service. All payments must be made in cash or by check or money order in the
BELD Broadband business office for service to be restored by the next business day. Unpaid disconnected
accounts are forwarded to a collection agency. You may not assign or transfer your service without
our written consent.
Please contact BELD Broadband before you move so we
can disconnect your service, recover our equipment
and arrange for service in your new home.
