This year, @nepublicpower 16th Annual RodE&O Conference and Expo was hosted by our neighbors at the Hull Municipal Light Plant right on the beach. 
At the Rodeo, three-person teams battle it out in six thrilling events, each geared towards promoting safe work practices. This exciting competition aims to boost skills and job know-how, strengthen working bonds, foster teamwork, and offer families and attendees a deeper insight into utility work. 
A big shoutout to our team – Matt, JT, & Jon for clinching the top spot in the 4kV Cutout Replacement event! Great job guys.
